Responsibility
-Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome, providing high quality customer service .
-Manage reservations, phone inquiries.
-Take orders, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
-Coordinate communication between front of house and kitchen.
-Address guest feedback and issues promptly.
-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the front-of-house area, including dining tables, chairs, and the general seating area.
-Process and manage takeout orders, ensuring accuracy, timely preparation, and smooth coordination between kitchen and customer pickup/delivery.
-Deliver outstanding service, exceeding guest expectations and fostering repeat business.
