As a Food Team Member, you will be trained to follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prep and assemble menu items, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Follow detailed recipes and SOPs to prepare ingredients and assemble menu items with precision and care.
Quality Control: Ensure that all food items meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Customer Service: Engage with students and community members, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory levels and restocking ingredients as needed.
Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required; we will provide comprehensive training.
