GROW WE MUST! Another exciting Ggiata will open later this summer in Studio City, and we are looking to fill key positions – Full-time, Kitchen Shift Leads. We appreciate flexibility in work locations and a successful track record of running a successful shift. This includes but is not limited to hands-on line and prep cooking, expediting, maintaining cleanliness standards, food safety, and team training. This is a leadership role and success in this role will lead to growth opportunities and Management tier functions.

We are an East Coast-inspired Italian sandwich shop with fresh made-to-order sandwiches and house-made sauces, dressings, meatballs, chicken cutlets, and more. This is a leadership role and previous experience as a Shift Lead or Supervisor with high volume, quality foodservice operations as Shift Lead, AKM, or KM is required.
