Ggiata Delicatessen has five locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area with more to come. We are looking for strong, experienced General and Assistant General Managers to support our growth and our teams. We have immediate openings and are interviewing NOW.
Please have at least 3 years as a quick/casual quality food operation Store Manager and at least 1 year as an experienced Assistant Manager who is ready for the promotion to General Manager. Ideal backgrounds may include experience with fresh food, pizza/pasta, coffee, sandwiches, burgers, salads, take-out, delivery, dine-in from respected brands
After training, the responsibilities include store operations, exceptional hospitality, P&L responsibility, interviewing, hiring, training, food safety, sanitation, and building a positive culture that acknowledges and appreciates the great work of our teams.
