We are hiring a Head Chef with strong Japanese cuisine experience who can lead our kitchen team with professionalism and consistency across all locations.
Job Duties:
Lead and manage kitchen staff (scheduling, training, standards)
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
Oversee prep and service operations
Manage inventory and place food orders
Ensure all health and safety standards are met
Requirements:
Experience in Japanese cuisine (hot kitchen)
Leadership experience (Sous Chef / Head Chef)
Ability to train and motivate a team
Strong communication skills
Legally able to work in the U.S.
