Dialog Cafe is a small family-owned cafe in the heart of West Hollywood, adjacent to the Sunset Strip. We have served our community for over 10 years providing the highest quality coffee, pastries, and food. We source locally from farmer’s markets, and use vendors who also take an immense amount of pride in their finished product. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our community while also creating a space that feels like home for all people.
We are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience highly preferred but not necessary.
Essential functions:
Able to cook all menu items to High standards
Maintains consistency with food quality and ticket times
Cleaning and restocking line
Working and communicating as a part of a team
Adheres to all health and safety standards
