We're looking to hire for the new year, 2025. An experience lead cook for a food production company for private schools. We're located in the SFV, Northridge. Must have knowledge of LA health department codes, follow local labor laws, Servsafe certified, preferably a Managers Servsafe. Must know how to lead a culinary team, catering or banquet background/experience is a big plus. Able to create a working team environment! Basic knowledge of Excel and Word programs, schedules varied from Sunday to Friday, starting from 4:00 am or 6:00 am, 5 days per week, 8 hour shift. Compensation depends on experience.
