Global hospitality firm Altamarea Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join the team at Marea Beverly Hills, the first expansion of the iconic Marea in the U.S. outside New York.

Marea was also named NYC’s Best Italian Restaurant by Zagat. Now, we are bringing this renowned culinary excellence to Beverly Hills.

Job Description: As a Line Cook at Marea Beverly Hills, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing dishes with the highest level of care and consistency. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to execute the restaurant’s dishes according to our fine dining standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly respected kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, and a passion for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Marea’s recipes and specifications.

Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and ready for service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout service.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed, including receiving and storing deliveries.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service, especially during peak hours.

Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.

Participate in the daily kitchen setup, as well as in breaking down and cleaning after service.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of line cook experience in a high-end or fine dining environment preferred.

A strong understanding of various cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and poaching.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Willingness to follow directions and work closely with the kitchen leadership team.

A positive attitude and passion for the culinary arts.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
