Looking for a quality lead cook for am & pm shifts, part time 20-25 hours per week.
We are a fast-paced restaurant in our 26th year of business, located in Old Downtown Torrance in search of an experienced Line Cook for lunch or dinner shifts. We pride ourselves on high quality, freshly prepared food and hand-crafted beer made on site. We are a family run business looking for a dependable, experienced team member. Must have good communication skills.
Must have experience with grill, sauté and fry and wood-fired pizzas. Cleanliness and personal hygiene a must. The candidate needs to know how to follow recipes, weights, and measurements and all menu plating. The line cook must be able to work under pressure and maintain production, quality and presentation at all times. Must be dependable and punctual!

Minimum requirement: 3 years experience as a line cook. Must show progressing levels of leadership and duties in the kitchen.
Associates in Culinary Arts considered a plus.
Food Handlers certification required.
