Lodge Bakery (Culver City) is seeking a full-time Overnight Baker from 10PM - 6AM, 5 nights per week. This individual will oversee our baking operations prior to store opening.
Responsibilities:
-Executing morning bake including croissants, bread & pastries
-Mixing doughs for cookies, scones and cakes
-Packing pastry for delivery
-Managing pars with Executive Pastry Chef
-Maintaining proper food safety standards
Skills/Qualifications:
-Must have 1-2 years experience in a high-volume bakery
-Time management skills
-Able to work independently and efficiently
-Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred
- Must have valid Food Handler’s Certification
-Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to comfortably stand for long periods of time
-Must have weekend availability
