About the Role
As a Maru Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences, from perfect espresso extraction to precise latte art. You will join a team that prioritizes consistency, skill, and thoughtful service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong latte art proficiency (tulip and rosetta required)
- Solid working knowledge of espresso, drip, pour-over, and cold brew
- Open availability
- A commitment to craft, detail, and an elevated guest experience
