RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to properly operate fryers, high temperature grills and other basic kitchen equipment
Ability to prepare food according to recipes and standards of the restaurant
Maintain station cleanliness
Basic understanding of working in a kitchen environment
Be a team player and help maintain positive kitchen environment
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Assist in prep work when needed
Other tasks designated by management
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
1+ year work experience of kitchen experience in a fast paced environment
Comply to all occupational, health and safety standards
Able to take constructive criticism, learning and growing
Maintain great attitude while working at a fast paced environment
Be a team player with strong work ethic and communication skills
Detail oriented
Must have a food handlers safety certificate
Flexible schedule (ability to work weekends and holidays)

Store is equipped with ventilated air conditioning
Noise level is moderate to high
Temperatures may vary from hot to cold
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to reach overhead & outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, squat and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
