About the role: We are searching for a dedicated, efficient, and organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Our dishwashers are responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, utensils, and other dishes used by guests and kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and dishes in a clean and orderly condition
Take out trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and safety standards
Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Physically fit and able to move equipment and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Experience:
1+ years’ experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
