We are excited to announce a new culinary concept opening soon and are looking for the following positions: Server (night shift recommended), Prep cooks, Line cooks, Expo/Food Runners, and dishwashers. This restaurant will be a hot spot destination in the heart of West Hollywood on Sunset, and we want to build a great Team to share the experience with. Imagine a Seafood raw bar with Latin Flavors, high-quality ingredients, wines and champagne in a beautiful space with a great vibe! Positions open:

Line cook (PT/FT= $18+ hourly wage)

-Must have 1-2 year experience working in professional kitchen. Culinary degree & Seafood experience is a plus.

Raw bar cook (PT/FT= $18+ hourly wage)

-Must have 1-2 year experience working with fresh shellfish. Ie. Oyster, Clam, Lobster, Urchin.

-Dishwasher (PT/FT= $18+ hourly wage)

Must have 1-2 year experience working in busy professional kitchen.

Host, Runner, Server, Busser (hourly $15+ tip)
