The Hideaway is looking for a Prep Cooks to join the back-of-the-house team!

Essential Functions:
- Preparing, washing, peeling, and/or cutting various food to be cooked or served to the Company’s standards.
- Carrying equipment, food supplies, and utensils to and from work and storage areas.
- Ensuring that foods are properly stored and labeled in containers and storage areas
- Ensure management is informed of low inventory and equipment not working properly.
- Provide support through preparation and proper presentation of all entrée items, side dishes, appetizers and desserts according to the recipe.
- Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards
- Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
- Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas
- Completes any beginning or closing shift duties are directed by management
Requirements:
- Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work at a quick and efficient pace.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
