PASTRY CHEF and/or ASSISTANT WITH FRENCH AND AMERICAN PASTRY EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have two or more years of experience as a pastry chef and be able to perform in a bakery-café operation in West Los Angeles. This position is detail-oriented and requires organized individuals with a lot of creativity because they will be called to invent a lot of new pastries in addition to Classics. This is a full-time position for experienced pastry people, who can work alone or in a team in a fast-paced environment and enjoy getting things done. We need self-starters, who can adapt new ingredients to new recipes and who know how to work under pressure. A sense of humor and speaking kitchen Spanish helps.

We’re located in the Pico/Robertson area in West LA. Position is for 40 hours a week, Sunday through Friday, TBD. Pay range is from $19 to $23/Hour depending on experience. Please send your resume with your phone number
