Maria's Italian Kitchen is now hiring experienced Entry, Mid, to High-Level Restaurant Assistant managers and AGMs for our Valley (SFV) locations. Flexibility is a plus! Must have Restaurant Management Experience.

DOE $65k to $70k DOE

Location Availability Needs: Flexible enough to train and take advantage of growth opportunities at multiple Valley Locations; Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, and Agoura Hills.

Lead with service excellence—sell, satisfy, and see guests return through consistent quality and team communication. Drive profitability by mastering P&L goals, shift planning, and daily financials. Champion food safety, health standards, and a clean, organized environment. Recruit, train, and inspire a positive, professional team culture. Stay sharp, stay proactive—handle customer issues, compliance, and operations with confidence and care.
