Title: Shift Lead – Uncle Paulie’s (Food Service Experience Required)
Location: 8053 W 3rd St La 90048
Responsibilities:
-Opening and closing the shop
-Lead and support front and back of house team members during shifts
-Ensure food is prepared and served to high quality and safety standards
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
-Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
-Communicate effectively with upper management and staff
-Encourage a positive upbeat work environment
-Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude at all times
-Accurate Inventory & Ordering with ability to understand and communicate store needs
-Monitor cog's & labor properly
-Provide training for new staff and ongoing training for current staff
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar shift lead or management position
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Comfortable working under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment
-Food Handler’s Card
-Reliable, punctual, and professional
-Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus
Sandwich experience a plus
