Berolina Bakery has been in the Glendale / Montrose community for over 34 years. We're a European Bakery/cafe,that creates artisan breads, croissants, and pastries from scratch daily. Berolina bakery offers an easy Breakfast and lunch menu. We're looking for an afternoon shift-lead 5 days a week approx. 30 to 40 hours a week. The bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Requirements
- Must have 2 or more years of shift lead experience in a bakery, restaurant, coffee shop, or cafe.
- Full-time ( between 30 - 40 hours ) - afternoon shift until closing approx 6 pm / 5 days a week. The bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
- Must have a valid food handling certificate
- You'll be the go-to person during the shift and you will contribute to the success of Berolina bakery
- You would be the person to resolve issues that would arise with a customer or teammate. And lend a helping hand where needed.
- Ability to train people when needed, delegate duties, oversee team members and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- You will be a leader and role model to your team.
- Retain and demonstrate proper policies. ( cleanliness, time management, organizing )
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the team members on your shift take breaks on time
- Handling our online order system, assembling, and ensuring orders are all filled and boxed correctly.
- Communicate with customers through email
- Assist team members with schedule changes or if a team member is sick trying to find a cover.
- Must be a positive, dynamic, quick learner, and reliable.
- Front-of-the-house cleaning duties during shift and at closing
- Create promotions or sales.
- We're looking for somebody fully committed to our business to fulfill the shift lead position.
