Maintain top-tier quality and presentation of each dish.
Participate in menu development, bringing creative and innovative ideas.
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle kitchen-related issues swiftly, maintaining a harmonious kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine-dining French cuisine.
Expertise in classic French dishes (e.g., sauce au poivre, escargots, confit de canard).
Proven track record in kitchen leadership, staff management, and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of kitchen budget management and inventory control.
Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
