What We’re Looking For:
⚫Culinary Excellence – Maintain the highest food quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation meet our fine dining expectations.
⚫Support the Executive Chef – Act as the right hand to the Executive Chef, assisting with menu execution, food prep, and kitchen operations.
⚫Oversee Kitchen Staff – Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
⚫Quality Control – Monitor ingredients, portion control, and cooking techniques to uphold our reputation for exceptional cuisine.
⚫Inventory & Ordering – Assist in managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste while maintaining cost efficiency.
⚫Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness according to health code regulations.
⚫Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Handle challenges in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently under pressure.
⚫Creative Input – Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal menus and special dishes while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary vision.
⚫Passion & Professionalism – Demonstrate dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic to uphold our fine dining standards.
⚫⚫Engineering & Maintenance Skills (a plus!) – Experience with minor kitchen equipment troubleshooting or maintenance is a valuable bonus.
