【応募資格】
<職種>
板前
板長 - 寿司職人として20年以上の経験を有する方
脇板 - 10年以上の経験を有するかる方
調理補助 - 日本食料理店で1年以上の経験を有し（未経験者についても応募可）、かつ、学ぶ姿勢がある方
<その他>
上記の両職種について、「California Food Handeler Card」を取得している必要があります
