Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
Proficient in sushi preparation and knife skills
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Must be available to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Exceptional customer service skills; must be comfortable greeting and engaging with patrons at the sushi bar
Korean language skills are a plus
