We have immediate openings for passionate Pastry Bakers to join our vibrant teams at Tartine Hollywood & Sycamore and our LA Commissary in the West Adams District in croissant production. If you have a love for crafting pastries and want to work in a dynamic, creative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We're offering full-time & competitive pay up to $22.00 per hour + benefits! Weekend availability is required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Candidates must have a reliable track record and proven kitchen experience and be skilled and dedicated cooks. Line cooks will be responsible for executing restaurant menu dishes and are open to being cross-trained in the pastry department, ensuring that Tartine's standard of excellence is met.

Position: Pastry Baker / Pastelero(a)
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + Tips (additional tip compensation for the Sycamore location only)
Shift Schedule: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm (DAY-TIME HOURS / NO EVENING SHIFTS)
Employment Type: Full-Time (WEEKENDS ARE A MUST FRI, SAT & SUN)
