Key Responsibilities:
Guide guests through our extensive French wine selection with expertise and enthusiasm.
Recommend wine pairings to complement our refined menu.
Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
Assist with front-of-house duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter in a high-end bistro or French bistro setting.
Extensive knowledge of French wines, including varietals, regions, and pairing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Availability for multiple shifts throughout the week, with potential for additional shifts in the future.
