Job Summary:
We are seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) to do Admission in Home Health setting admissions for our home health services. The RN will be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments, initiating care plans, and ensuring all documentation is completed per regulatory and agency standards, including Oasis
Key Responsibilities:
Must speakboth Chinese and English
Perform initial patient assessments
Complete admission documentation ( Complete OASIS)
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
Bilingual: Chinese & English
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, acute care, or hospice.
Highly compensated, discussed upon interview and determined based on experience and availability
Hiring for both Part-time & full-time
