We are looking for a caregiver who can help a male, mostly bedbound patient in Palos Verdes Mon-Fri from 9am-7pm. The man can transfer with help to the commode next to his hospital bed. He is not deadweight but a transfer is required. He has a shower chair in the bathroom for bathing. He wears diapers but sometimes takes them off.
You also need to spend about 20% of the shift, or 2 hrs per day, doing light housekeeping including vacuuming, making beds and tidying up.

1. Have a car and car insurance.
2. Have a clean DMV record with no more than 2 moving violations.
3. Legal resident of the US.
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Registered with the Department of Social Services (including live-scan fingerprinting).
6. Have at least one year of caregiving experience.
