Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report any changes to the supervisor or nurse.
Support residents with recreational or social activities to enhance their daily experience.
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred (training available).
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
Must pass background check and have valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
