Start Your Career as a Community Health Worker!
PAID Training from Day One! This apprenticeship program combines hands-on work experience with classroom learning. After completing 2,000 hours of training, you'll graduate directly into a permanent position as a Community Health Worker at a Community Health Center.
What You'll Learn & Do:
- Provide basic health screenings and preventive care
- Guide community members on health, nutrition, and self-care
- Connect people with medical services and social programs
- Teach health education classes and life skills
- Work with diverse populations and provide cultural support
- Help people navigate the healthcare system
- Maintain client records and track progress
