Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated FEMALE caregiver to help one of our clients who lives in La Crescenta-Montrose. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5pm. YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.
Duties
The client has Dementia. She is high fall risk so you have to stand by and assist. She does wear depends but can go to the bathroom on her own. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR. You will be taking her for appointments. Make sure she eats breakfast lunch and dinner.

-Application Requirements:
The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
1. Have a car and car insurance.
2. Have a clean DMV record with no more than 2 moving violations.
3. Legal resident of the US.
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Registered with the Department of Social Services (including live-scan fingerprinting).
6. Have at least one year of caregiving experience.
