We are looking for a reliable and dedicated medical Front Office /Patient Appointment Coordinator to join our welcoming healthcare team and be an asset to the practice! This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, mindfulness of the responsibilities to the practice, patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You will do:
Manage phone calls and patients inquiries professionally with a smile.
Great patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out.
Schedule and confirm appointments, checking insurance coverage and billing accordingly.
Maintain accurate patients records, ensure confidentiality, administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Coordinate communication between patients and other healthcare staff and other medical providers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in front office or patient support preferred, such as, medical offices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and interpersonal skills, such as, ability to multitask and prioritize office duties.
Friendly, Professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
Additional Information:
Candidates residing in the Greater LA area preferred.
Reliable transportation is required to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
