We are a Medical Office in the heart of Santa Monica looking for a Full Time, "Front Office" Receptionist/Customer Service Coordinator. This is a Monday-Friday position - 9:00 to 5:00 pm. We are in a newly remodeled office on the 5th floor with exceptional windows and lighting that showcase beautiful views of Santa Monica.
Serious candidates only who want long-term employment, as we are a privately owned family business in healthcare - Audiology. We are looking to have someone start immediately.
References will be requested, employment history, resume etc. We are seeking an individual who understands the importance of time management - Punctuality and Reliability (since you will be the first point of contact).

As a privately owned family business in healthcare, interpersonal skills are critical and necessary for this position. We are especially interested in candidates who demonstrate humility, patience, and compassion. As the front office receptionist you will be the first point of contact, both in-person and by phone. We are seeking a friendly and positive experience to everyone including our team. We have a fun, positive, and team-oriented space. We are looking for someone who can experience/contribute to our uplifting environment and be a part of our Audiology Team.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideally 1-2 yrs. experience in Healthcare, but not mandatory.
At least 1-2 yrs. experience as Front Office Receptionist/Customer Service.
