Looking for Home Health LVN’s to visit patients in the Los Angeles, they Valley, and Orange County Areas
If you are looking for Part-time/Full-time or just want to pick up few patients, we have a position available for you. We are seeking applications from experienced, hard working, knowledgeable and dependable LVN candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide health care services in patients residence
Administer simple prescribed medications
Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
Maintain patients care records and document provided services on EMR (DSL)
Requirements
1 year experience as a home health LVN field nurse ( Required)
LVN License to practice in California (Required)
CPR Certification (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
Proof of auto insurance
Proof of Malpractice Insurance
