Participate in project teams, problem resolution and documentation of findings. Responsible for working with clinic and IT staff to identify needs and operational models. Attend training and provide other support as requested by management.Perform maintenance of all computer systems at all locationsProvide software support including but not limited to all Microsoft Office productsPerform operation and maintenance of local and wide area networksPerform technical, application help desk support to all locationsInstall and configure computer systems as neededQualificationsMinimumHigh school graduate or equivalentMinimum three years' information technology experienceWorking knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software maintenance and supportUnderstanding of cable plants and network infrastructure from a troubleshooting perspectiveMaintain current IT knowledge demonstrated by passing an IT Assessment TestValid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportationRequired Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesAbility and knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting of systemsPhysical RequirementsAbility to carry up to 50 lbsPI273530331 Apply
