Description
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Provide administrative support to the company and/or supervise as necessary for the effective management of the office, operations, care, and services of the organization.
Required qualifications:
Medical Assistant with Home Health Agency experience or Home Health quality assurance experience.
Good knowledge of data entry, basic computer skills, Microsoft Office: Word and Excel, OASIS, EMR Synergy, coding, billing services, plan of care preparation, recording and updating medical histories.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to communicate with patients and maintain patient confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written skills (Bilingual-English & Spanish preferred). Exceptional customer service skills and high level of professionalism.
