If so, we invite you to join our team at Ideal Therapy, located in the vibrant City of Covina. As a Physical Therapy Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care and service.
Responsibilities:
Patient Check-in and Greeting: Warmly welcome patients as they arrive at our office, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Scheduling Patients: Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to meet their needs and availability.
Collecting Copayments: Handle financial transactions by accurately collecting copayments and providing receipts.
Patient Care Support: Assist licensed Physical Therapists in patient care activities, such as helping patients with exercises and ensuring their comfort during treatment.
Minimal Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the front and back office areas to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for our patients.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
