Job Overview
We’re hiring a Pharmacy Outreach & Marketing Representative who works in the field to grow patient referrals and build relationships with local clinics and community groups. You’ll promote our services—free prescription delivery, easy adherence packaging, vaccines, and one-on-one support—by visiting partners, attending events, and tracking results. This role has weekly goals and you’ll work closely with the pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
Find, schedule, and make in-person visits each week to medical offices, clinics, senior centers, and community groups
Explain our services and set up a simple referral process with staff
Attend health fairs and community events; handle table setup, materials, and follow-up
Record visits, leads, and new patients in a spreadsheet or simple CRM; send a short weekly report
Create basic flyers/handouts; help with social posts and reviews
Help new clinics start sending prescriptions; show staff how to e-prescribe and refer
Share market feedback and suggest local campaigns
Follow HIPAA privacy rules and represent the pharmacy professionally
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing/sales or community outreach (pharmacy experience is a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through; comfortable with daily field work
Valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance; basic Google Workspace/CRM skills
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; able to work some evenings/weekends for events
