Description:
I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to assist me with my daily needs. I have ALS and am unable to talk or move. Most of the time, I am in a wheelchair, and I breathe through a ventilator and eat through a feeding tube.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Use the Hoyer lift to help me get in and out of bed.
- Assist with bathroom needs.
- Help with feeding through a feeding tube.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with any other daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, especially with ALS patients, is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
Compensation:
- $18-20 per hour
