We're an addiction treatment facility looking for a HR assistant for a new department we formed. We have started a new department where we will have multiple individuals doing community outreach in different states. I place ads on job sites and craigslist. Your job will be to interview, add notes, train, then get them on a orientation call with me. I will do the process with you until you are trained. After they are trained you will be overseeing there production and adding it to the spreadsheet for myself to track. You will be paid additionally bonus's depending on how well your team performs.
