Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates
- On-board and train new employees
- Responsible to oversee all active associates, attend to their staffing needs, payroll questions, etc.
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
- Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Review and analyze resumes
- Attending and scheduling job fairs
- Conduct drug screens
- Conduct background checks
- Collecting time, submitting to payroll
- Safety walkthroughs
- Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees

Additional Duties:
Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule) and have own vehicle.
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; Saturdays when needed
