Planet Bingo, a leader in software development and distribution of bingo products is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our home office located in Palm Desert, California. The HR Manager will lead and direct the functions of the department that includes recruitment/employment, administering compensation, benefits and personnel administration. Will also provide employee relations, training, and other administrative duties.
Partners with management team for current and future talent needs including recruitment, hiring and retention.
Provides guidance and support to management and employees.
Maintains compliance with federal, multi-state employment laws and regulations.
Act as a resource on human resources matters.
Researches, analyzes and recommends trends in relation to compensation and benefits.
Advise managers and employees on employee relation issues.
Administers the payroll process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
Minimum five years experience in Human Resources Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Thorough knowledge of employment law and regulations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
