We are a 3PL company located in the city of Commerce and we are currently looking for a floor supervisor.
Job Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Comply and enforce compliance on all corporate set SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Planning, monitoring, and following-up to ensure shipments are processed and completed per company standards.
Coordinate with customer service to ensure all shipments are prepared and shipped according to Vendor Compliance and Routing Guides.
Ensure all small parcel shipments are processed correctly and on time.
Coordinate with customer service who will work with carriers to ensure timely pickup of daily shipments.
Ability to understand and execute all requirements of Vendor Compliance for Major Department Stores and Discounters, such as, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Wal-Mart, Target Stores, Belk, TJX , Marshall’s, Walgreens, Joanna, Amazon etc.
Review and understand customer specific Vendor Compliance & Routing/Shipping Instructions.
Maintain key relationships with partners and customers.
Requirements:
Must have MHE certifications (Sit down fork lift, cherry picker, order picker)(not all will be required)
Must be able to interact in held meetings and hold their own staffing meetings.
Must manage labor to meet productivity standard and achieve profitability goals.
Monday-Friday 8am (Must be able to do overtime if needed).
Pay: $22-$24/hr. DOE
