We are looking for a fast learner & who loves to clean and can adapt to our system of cleaning. This is for our short-term rental division of our real estate company. You will be assisting us with our short-term rental business and turnovers. You must be hard working, early or on time, dependable, fast and efficient and be able to hit our time deadlines and responsive, to calls & text messages and easy to get ahold of.
If you are applying for the GRM Guest Relation Manager, you need to be an expert cleaner as you will be in charge of the check-out/check in which includes inspections, photos, laundry, inventory and light cleaning. You will be inspecting other people's work as well as your own and meeting guests and checking them in and out. You will need a strong cleaning background. Training will be provided but looking for someone with Airbnb experience. Starting pay after training is $22.50 per hour up to $27.50 based on your experience and customer satisfaction.
