Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks in a residential property. You will help maintain the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our property, supporting a positive experience for residents.
Responsibilities:
-Routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment
-Perform repairs and troubleshooting on electrical systems
-Mechanical repairs involving plumbing, HVAC systems, or other machinery
-Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities upgrades or renovations
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally from residents
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities
Requirements:
-Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing environments
-Mechanical knowledge applicable to plumbing, HVAC systems, welding, and general machinery repair
-Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus for aesthetic upgrades or touch-ups
-Communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and residents
-Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely
-A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Be able to work independently and efficiently
