We’re hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians – Level 1 in West LA. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential for motivated technicians who want to advance to Level 2 and Level 3.
Responsibilities:
-Handle maintenance service requests and unit turnovers
-Electrical: fixtures, lighting, outlets, switches, fuses
-Plumbing: leaks, drains, valves, faucets, toilets, disposals, dishwashers, water heaters
-Drywall & Painting: plaster and stucco repairs
-Appliance Repair/Installation: mini-split A/C systems, washers/dryers, ovens, dishwashers
-Carpentry & Cabinet Installation
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 1 trade (maintenance, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, carpentry)
-Authorization to work in the United States
-Fluent in Spanish
-Valid, unrestricted, and unexpired California driver’s license
-Own a complete set of maintenance tools for basic maintenance, electrical, plumbing, other repairs
-Be available for weekend work and emergency maintenance calls as required
