Small Property Management Company seeking a full time maintenance technician to handle general apartment maintenance. Duties include light plumbing, electrical, general repairs, maintenance work orders and unit turns.
Most buildings are located in the Downey/Whittier area.
Requirements: Three + years of apartment maintenance experience, good knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance, able to communicate in English, have your own tools and transportation, clean driving record, be available as needed, willing to work hard, a detailed team player.
This is a full-time position with great pay if you meet the requirements.
