Maintenance Techs needed for Apartment community in Covina Ca. Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS
Must have knowledge of Yardi. Porter work is part of your day to day tasks.
Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
Must have your own tools. Reliable transportation and available for work Monday thru Friday.
