We are a family owned German car repair shop in Santa Monica, looking for an experienced and punctual auto service writer to work full time 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
Candidates with experience in automotive service management are preferred. Quick learners with strong knowledge in mechanics and experience in sales or management can be considered.
Responsibilities would including:
Making work order estimates for costumers
Checking-in vehicles
Ordering parts
Recording mechanic work hours.
Customer service
Communicating estimates to costumers
Selling necessary repairs
Collecting payment
Scheduling appointments
and more
Candidates must agree to a basic background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
Auto service management: 3 years (Preferred)
Driver's License (Mandatory)
Work Location: In person
