Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented AV Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with residential or commercial AV systems, home automation, and/or security camera installations. We’ll also consider motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure audio/video systems, smart home devices, and security cameras
Run and terminate low-voltage wiring (Cat6, speaker wire, coax, etc.)
Mount TVs, speakers, and other AV equipment
Troubleshoot and test systems for quality assurance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace on job sites
Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in AV, low-voltage, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with brands such as Control4, Sonos, Lutron, or similar systems is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and use power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (TBD)
