Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients' commercial spaces. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
Post Construction Commercial Cleaning
Clean exterior and interior windows
Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a window cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
